50% of the total rent is to be paid on reservation. The remaining 50% is to be paid on arrival.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 8 weeks before the originally planned date of arrival at no cost. 50% of the total rent must be paid in the event of cancellations up to 4 weeks before the originally planned date of arrival. In the event of cancellations later than this, the whole rental fee is due.
The apartments can be occupied from 3 pm onwards on the day of arrival and must be vacated on the day of leaving by 10 am! Handover of the flat occurs with a registration form and is secured with a deposit. The deposit on arrival amounts:
for 4 rooms apartment (No 1, 4, 7) : 300 Euro
for 3 rooms apartment (No 10): 300 Euro
for 2 rooms apartment (No 3, 6,9): 200 Euro
for 1 room apartment (No 2, 5, 8): 100 Euro
All visitor's taxes due are charged on departure.
We kindly request guests to take good care of the furniture, crockery and other fixtures and fittings. Please only use the sun lounges with a bath towel. Do not place any hot cooking pots or jugs on the table without a mat. Please clean and tidy away crockery to the drawers and cupboards in which you found it before you leave. Waste (including cartons, newspapers, magazines and bottles) is to be disposed of in bin bags in the waste bins. Please take away or throw out any food or drinks with you when you leave the flat.
Exceptional instances of soiling are to be cleaned by those responsible. Please inform the owners of any damage or of broken crockery when you leave at the latest.
In the interests of good relations between the guests we kindly request considerate behaviour. Guests are to keep noise to a minimum from 12 noon to 2 pm and also after 10 pm in the evening.
Children under 12 years must be supervised by an adult when using the swimming pool.
