Seven parking spaces are provided for guests on the road side. All of these parking spaces are canopied. This means that every apartment (with the exception of the single rooms) has one allotted parking space. Additional parking spaces can be organised in the surrounding area.

The basement floor entrance hall is a short, flat walk away from the road. From there, a staircase leads to the ground floor and the lift takes you directly to the individual floors. Two washing machines are available here to guests if required against payment. The sauna must be reserved in advance. It can be used at any time of the day or night.

The whole of the building is wheelchair accessible.

The western area of the ground floor is home to the common room which is open to all guests.
Guests can choose to have their breakfast here. Drinks and fresh snacks are also on sale in vending machines. A large outdoor patio with a barbeque possibility and the heated swimming pool are also freely available for guests to use.

  • 1 parent’s room with 2 beds (double) and shower/WC with rear facing view (N)
  • 1 parent’s room with 2 beds (double) and shower/WC with front facing view (S). Door into garden area (next to swimming pool).
  • 1 living room with an open plan kitchen comprising ceramic stove, cooking stove,
    dishwasher, large fridge, espresso machine, flat screen satellite TV on wall, dining table with 6 chairs and sofa. Door into garden area (next to swimming pool).

Apartment 2 (= approx. 17 sqm): is situated in the western part of the first floor:

  • 1 parent’s room with 2 beds and shower/WC with views to the west and large balcony with views of the sea.

Apartment 3 (= approx. 35 sqm): is situated in the western part of the first floor:

  • 1 living room with an open plan kitchen comprising ceramic stove, cooking stove, dishwasher, large fridge, espresso machine, flat screen satellite TV on wall, dining table with 4 chairs and sofa, with front facing view (S), door to deep balcony and sea view.
  • 1 parent’s room with 2 beds (double) and shower/WC with front facing view (S) and
    door to deep balcony with sea view.
Apartment 4 (= approx. 66 sqm): is situated in the eastern part of the first floor:
  • same configuration as apartment 1, however children’s room with balcony rear facing (N) and parents room with balcony front facing (S).

Apartment 5 (= approx. 17 sqm): Same configuration as apartment 2, but balcony is not as deep, still the view is better.


Apartment 6(= approx. 35 sqm) : Same configuration as apartment 3, but balcony is not as deep, still the view is better.

Apartment 9: (approx. 29 sqm): Same configuration as apartment 6. The rooms have a little less depth but they are higher (roof construction), the balcony is deeper, the view is breathtaking and the front façade is largely glazed.

Apartment 10: (approx. 60 sqm):
  • 1 bedroom with 2 beds, the bathroom is situated on the other side of the hallway.
  • 1 bedroom with 2 beds and a single room with an additional bed.
  • 1 living room to the same configuration as apartments 1, 4 and 7.

The rooms have a little less depth but they are higher (roof construction), the balcony is deeper, the view is breathtaking and the front façade is largely glazed.
