Slobodno Vrijeme d.o.o. (in English Leisure Time Ltd.) is a limited company under Croatian law and is in the 100% ownership of the business partners Monique Wagner and Christian Haldimann, both of whom also run the house.
The house, which is situated at Put Jazine 32 in HR 22240 Tisno, was purchased in the autumn of 2007 and was then subject to a complete renovation which will finished in June 2009. The former 25 room hotel was made into an apartment house consisting of 10 apartments configured to the very latest standards. Each apartment has its own allotted parking place.
The development consists of 10 apartments (1 – 4 rooms) with a total of 22 beds for 36 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (shower / WC). Each living room has an open plan kitchen as well as satellite TV. Each apartment has its own balcony (differing depths) providing views of the sea. The offer is rounded off with a big common room for all guests, a large patio, a breakfast and drinks service, a heated outdoor swimming pool (fresh water), a sauna and also a W-LAN connection. The level of comfort, the overall standard of configuration and the additional amenities mean that the standard of the apartment complex is much higher than those normal for Tisno. An application has been submitted for a 5 star rating from the Croatian tourist office. The whole compound is heated using a state of the art, environmentally friendly, solar power system.
All of the rooms can also be cooled individually to 20 degrees Celsius.
